Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! If you have experienced an issue with a product, you can return your product for a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.

Returned items must be returned as complete sets and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Send us an email at weborders@onlygood.co.nz and explain the issue you have experienced. If possible, please attach photos to the email and any visible batch numbers on the products.
